康翠台站到會展車程需要45分鐘，行去港灣壹號8樓15分鐘，1920到埗，見大家已經全數入席，好凖時。今晚一圍枱12人，host Mr. Jean-Charles Boisset, Proprietor and President at Boisset Collection, 為人非常之風趣，絕無冷場，GK話佢極之喜歡交朋結友，此言非虛。今晚個場未到過，1樓宴會廳就去過玩Tasting，今晚的中菜好吃，分量又足，而房外出好似冇乜客，餐廳人手極之充裕，招呼得極之冇得頂，沒有空杯出現。
