45% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir, 12G Dosage
PJ不單止是香檳區最老的酒莊, 更是出產Brut Vintage 的第一間香檳莊.
用傳統浸皮方法染紅, 相對地較難控制酒的顏色.

2. Gosset Grand Rose NV
50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir, 8.5G Dosage, 5% Reserve Wine, 8% Red Wine
採用2次發酵前加紅酒染紅法.
2016 Feb Disgorge, 12個月批出市場發售.
大部分選用2010年的葡萄, 差少許已經可以成為Vintage Champagne

葡萄採收較早以保留其酸度.
BS Rose NV 一向備受飲家愛戴, 最主要就是其混釀會用上較多舊酒以加強其深度及酒體的層次感, 今次亦不例外, 酸度清雅平衡, 酒質透澈晶瑩. 五支NV最喜歡呢一支.

1728 年建莊, 最古老的香檳製造商
出產的Blanc de Blanc 馳名酒界. 飲香檳的都會較愛其BdB, 酸度較清雅透澈, 但其實今晚的Rose, 飲落都有如置身玫瑰園的感覺, 很迷人.

小型香檳生產商, 18公頃葡萄園
家族源自盧森堡, 傳承六代
2007年首次出產 Rose. 採用兩種染紅方式(Skin + Red Wine), 浸皮為求取得更多丹寧, 混釀紅酒以求取得更佳的平衡.
小農出品自然有別於一眾大路貨色, 多了些手工, 多了點精緻.
