Century Square
下午到中環試飲波爾多2016年分酒。看過媒體當年試酒及天氣報告等，俱顯示這是一個非常好的年分，甚至可以拍住09 及10兩個世紀靚年。
近年來當然有很多機會試16年的波爾多年分酒，距今畢竟已10年。整體來說，個人不覺得有那個莊會比較有驚喜及深刻印象，不過有機會來一次2016波爾多水平試飲也是好的葡萄酒體驗。
Margaux 區十枝酒，Magnum 裝的Tertre及Brane-Cantenac會比較吸引我，果感豐沛潤澤，給人鮮明的平衡感，單寧柔順平滑更深得我心。 至於大姊大瑪歌當然係好，又未去到驚艷之姿。
Saint－Emilion 區六枝酒，整體質素有點未到位，較好的是Aromes du Pavie 及Canon 成熟程度較其餘的好。
Pomerol 區四枝酒，Pomerol 一直以來都是我最愛喝的一個酒區，而今日我認為表現最好的一枝酒亦是這區的酒，Magnum 裝的Blason de I'Evangile，酒體飽滿得來又幼滑如絲，如今正是其最佳狀態的時侯。
