昨晚出席了一個 Vega Siclilia Wine dinner, 位於怡東酒店34樓的Tott's, 餐廳環境不俗, 可飽覽維港夜景, 食物水準OK, 最吸引我的不是西班牙的名牌 Vega Sicilia Unico 1999, 而是Vega Sicilia Bodega Alion 2005. 均衡細緻, 可說是葡萄酒優雅迷人的代名詞. 至於食物方面, Tott's signature Tournedo Rossini 就最對我胃腸
