下午酒友群組 send 來自家飲酒訊息,久未活動的酒友群組難得動起來,我都不甘寂寞,晚上開枝好嘢掟上群組曬下。好酒梗要好菜,簡簡單單煎塊牛扒配上味蛋一隻,小菇,小蝦,牛油果等。

一直都好想試下Clos de Tart,咩年份都冇乜所謂,呢枝酒係小英子出Bonus 之時我建議買的。趁住有mood開嚟飲左先,呢個世界咩事都會發生,由其係唔好咁好嘅事,想飲就應該先飲為上。酒有非常優雅的紅色漿果味道,身段柔和,係出名門,唔打得都睇得。


Producer

Clos de Tart is a highly esteemed domaine based on a single grand cru monopole vineyard in the commune of Morey-Saint-Denis, in the Côte de Nuits subregion of Burgundy's Côte d'Or. The estate produces two wines, both from Pinot Noir.

Clos de Tart's history dates back to a 12th Century abbey constructed by Cistercian nuns of the Notre Dame de Tart order. The vineyard has remained a monopole ever since.

In 2017 the domaine was bought by French billionaire François Pinault for a figure thought to be in excess of €225 million ($260 million). Pinault's investment group, Artemis, owns a host of high-profile domaines across France, including Château Grillet in Château Grillet (Condrieu) and Château Latour in Pauillac, Bordeaux, as well as Araujo Estate in California's Napa Valley.

The property was previously owned by the Mommessin family, who purchased the estate in 1932. The family sold its négociant business (and name) to Jean-Claude Boisset, of the major Burgundy wine family, although the Mommessin family retained Clos de Tart until its sale to Pinault.

The Mommessin brand has relocated to Beaujolais under the Boisset portfolio, while the wines of Clos de Tart ceased to carry the Mommessin name on the label for a period until the takeover in 2017.

The vineyard covers 7.5 hectares (18.5 acres) and earned its grand cru status in 1939. Clos de Tart has a southeast exposure and is divided into six blocks with slight differences in soil composition and aspect.

Each block is harvested and vinified separately to make the most of the differing microclimates. Vine work, including harvesting and training, is mostly done by hand due to the steep gradient of much of the vineyard. The property also has its own nursery where it cultivates massal selections of its vines for future replanting.

The only two wines it produces are the Grand Cru Clos de Tart, and the Premier Cru La Forge de Tart that carries the Morey-Saint-Denis designation.

Vintage Notes

2013, like the 3 years that preceded it, was a difficult year. The vines had to face a number of challenges, including - what climate specialists called - the wettest spring for more than a century. The vines flowered about 2-3 weeks late, meaning that 2013 was shaping up to be the latest vintage in 20 years. The bad weather before and during flowering led to shot and shattered berries as well as the transformation of some bunches into tendrils. Consequently, we expected yields at harvest to be low. Fortunately, Clos de Tart was not impacted by the hailstorm on 23rd July that caused a lot of damage in the Côte de Beaune. The berries only started to change colour after 15th August when hot and sunny weather arrived. Cool and wet conditions returned in September engendering a slow ripening process. Despite all of these difficulties, we were still able to harvest perfectly ripe berries thanks to the unrelenting efforts of our teams and, of course, the greatness of our terroir.

This Clos de Tart has a wonderfully complex nose with fresh red fruits (raspberry, cherry) and black berries, beguiling floral notes and spicy, liquorice hints. On the palate it is incredibly silky and elegant with great concentration and a long finale.

食個晏

柴 CMON

疫情來勢洶洶,擋也擋不住,公司已經有人中招,大家都被勒令檢測,如今的工作就是不停做檢測。昨晚剛打完第三針,今日休息,如無不適的話,行程是先去柴 CMON 食晏,再去排隊做檢測。

第二次到柴 CMON,上次食dinner,今次食lunch,今餐主要係食熟成牛扒,上次冇食到也。今日去到餐廳唔使點諗食D乜,係set lunch,幾款揀一款食而已,其中一款當然要揀熟成牛扒,另一款就選蘑菇煙三文魚濶條麵配忌廉汁,食晏就唔點甜品了。食完離開之時被告之由於疫情蔓延極速關係,餐廳將會暫停營業至三月頭再考慮重開。今次呢一波疫情真的是自19年發現有疫情之後最厲害的一波,全世界各國人民無一倖免,變相的第三次世界大戰,但不再是人類自相殘殺,敵人只有一個,就是變種病毒。

食完走去排隊檢測,原來如今不需排隊,現場取籌號,在手機上可以看到現場檢測站進度如何,非常方便。我1351到場取籌得號1880,當時進度為1021-1030;1710叫到我籌號,即是檢測850人需時3小時20分左右,下次有預算了。

偷得浮生半日閒

大館 Aaharn

天氣依然寒冷,持續晚上暖氣睡覺。

一早plan好今日取假,下午遊覽大館,晚上就Sushi Zo 食日本菜。好景不常,疫情越發嚴竣,沒有晚市之下,Sushi Zo 唯有自動取銷退款。生活始終都要過,唔食夜晚就改食下晝,假照放,大館照去,午膳去位於大館的另一間餐廳食泰國菜,Aaharn,一間我們曾在泰國食過的同集團Nahm 的大廚David Thompson在香港開的首間泰國餐廳,品質絕對有保證。

中午做完嘢,約實小英子在大館等埋就上Aaharn大吃大喝,因為未嚟過,又預約唔到,唯有去到看情況而定。果然係好特別,餐廳在二樓,在外看會誤認為與地下的餐廳是同一間餐廳。樓梯在地下的餐廳旁,色彩好有家衛feel,我們在露台食,剛才在外見有人在此用餐,感覺舒適。在露台食,好處是空間感大,望出遊人來往不絕,很有流動感;壞處就是坐坐下有點兒冷。飯後遊大館,好可惜全部室內展館封閉,慢慢走一會便離開了。雖然不能入場內參觀,在感覺上很有規模,可以比得上很多國外的藝術展館,場地。

大坑團拜

今日瞓到自然醒,晚上要到CH大坑家拜年,佢屋企可以清晰望到勵德邨,我當年住過的21樓住處亦可見到。約實KC 1630到碳魚取一隻紅米豬,兩煲胡椒豬肚雞煲。從屋企行去碳魚大約25分鐘左右,碳魚我未去過,地址翠灣街18號,位於警察宿舍內,入內要登記身份證,又會有間餐廳開在警察宿舍之內,生客點曉得入內呢?去到已經見到KC正在等緊我們的食物,雙煲已經凖備妥當,但隻豬就未得,此其時間店都有好多等外賣顧客在等。隻豬1700燒起,行到郵局前的士站搭的士,新年期間,的士站變泊車位,唯有睇凖有空的即衝出馬路截之哉。

去到CH屋企,大家正在打牌,我和小英子就邊飲邊等吃。今晚到會14人,食物有一隻紅米豬,兩煲胡椒豬肚雞煲,一個大盆菜,四份龍蝦伊麵。盆菜食物太多,有少少焦香,要將部分食物分配到雞煲之中;四份龍蝦伊麵分量實在太多,唯有取蝦捨面;乳豬太肥,麻麻;胡椒豬肚雞煲一致讚賞。食物豐富到食唔晒,剩下非常之多。食完打陣天九,玩陣遊戲便散Band,快快樂樂度過一晚。

老虎頭上賀新歲

年初一有好節目,2022年hiking第一擊。虎年揀條有關老虎的路線行吓,老虎頭郊遊徑都算應節吧。老虎頭郊遊徑比較特別,話就話3.4公里,但起步點在亞婆塱,終點設在老虎頭山頂上,兩邊都沒有交通工具可達,上山落山都需要3公里以上,要行就起碼要行10公里。這條路線其實不是特別想在大年初一行的,只不過對上兩次都因天氣關係取消而押後到今日而已。說實在今天起身也不見得是好天氣。

早早起身望望個天,唔算好天,但可以接受,冇落雨便出發,搭780,0935上車,0952到中環3號碼頭,即是往愉景灣碼頭,超快,趕上1000船。假期船費好貴,成43元,20分鐘航程到愉景灣,落船有少少雨,好大風,見麥當奴便就在此食個熱香餅大早餐,一邊食,一邊望向窗外,樹搖得好厲害,好大霧,天氣不佳,祈求不要下大雨。

食完早餐,出發。經愉景灣廣場往愉景灣道,過馬路後轉上愉景山道,再轉入寶峰徑,沿梯級直上,到頂左轉便是山徑入口。路口有指示牌往愉景灣眺望台,行程約500米。行到盡處右轉上樓梯後,沿引水道直行轉泥路山徑,到垃圾桶分叉路轉右直上。上行不久,意外發生,一隻大狗不知何時出現在梯級之上,以居高臨下之勢,迅速撲至,正是狗頭與人頭平衡對歭,大狗加力之下,鄙人實在抵受不住呢股沉重力量,左膝有傷冇力,唯有借勢向右方山坡倒下,碌下一小段即抓住一堆樹藤止住跌勢。呢隻大狗名叫泰臣,我聽佢主人咁叫佢嘅,狗如其名,極度活躍,重秤。其主人拉起我問我傷勢,我檢視一下自己狀況,成身泥,左腳腕有少許扭傷,唔開心就梗係,見泰臣重係好開心,我諗佢都冇心嘅,但就真係諗唔出佢望見我點解會咁興奮。見泰臣主人好擔心我傷勢,連聲問我有冇大礙,我話OK之後便繼續上路,不想再虛耗光陰。一邊上一邊踏順番左腳腕腳筋。上到大涼亭小休一會算是回一回氣,但天氣實在太凍太大風,眺望台都唔去便繼續上山找老虎頭。

越向上行天氣越惡劣,大霧又大風,視野不到十米,全是崎嶇山路,行到上老虎頭,真係人唔似人鬼唔似鬼,霧水jel頭,影番張靚相留念。老虎頭上乜景都冇,凍到冇得抖,要繼續行保持體溫。

落山永遠都係最悲涼嘅,震到對膝頭屈唔到,不過要到嘅始終都會到,1630左右落到最後一個景點銀礦灣瀑布,找到廁所用水抹一抹個頭,在亭內真真正正休息個10分鐘,再慢慢行到梅窩碼頭。竟然剛剛趕上1720的快船,終於可以舒舒服服坐低休息,好疲倦。

回到中環,搭788到富景BK家食飯。唔使煮食大餐真好!
