自從得知有 wine dinner 在 Hansik Goo 開辦,小英子便一直十分之期待,要主動出擊參加。報名之後,我都上網找一找呢間韓國米芝蓮過江龍有咩咁巴閉,香港店開張後,想食的話,一直都要排成個月隊。食過一些要排隊的餐廳,很多都是浪得虛名,而且服務水凖普通。有必要先search一下,心裏有個譜。
始終都係食過先知道有幾好,食完我可以話真係好好食。一次全新的飲食體驗,很精緻,細心,每道菜都很有步驟,運用韓國的地道飲食材料,配上香港的飲食文化,好有心思。其實席間大家都有韓國飲食經驗,全部都對今晚的菜式讚不絕口,非只得我一個人喜歡。
