Lacoste 酒質一直以來都係屬於中高檔次的波爾多水平酒,甚至一些好的年分,成熟得好的話,絕對可以追上二級莊的水準。酒價平實,我都偶爾負擔得起,所以都飲過一下,有一定的認識。今晚的06年實在好飲到非常,入口柔軟,酒體成熟得恰到好處,餘韻柔揚如中島美雪的歌曲 “糸” 一般縈繞在心頭,潤澤心靈。
Beausejour Becot 在右岸的酒莊中我會評價為中上級的酒莊,可能因為在經濟上,我可以負擔得起,所以飲得比較多些,整體上都屬於可以早喝,果香豐富,容易親近。今晚的06年雖不及Lacoste, 可能在成熟度未及而已,酒質不差;03年眾所周知法國熱到不得了,唔算突出; 13 Petit Becot 標籤可愛,副牌來說非常抵飲,有空要去買番枝擺擺。
中國廳今晚的服務水平我會俾個 A 級,整體上菜速度,侍酒水平,侍者禮貌等都無可挑剔。食物上沒有華麗花巧,平實穩健,在水凖上。
