Harbour Grill
連續兩日落雨,氣溫下降,不用日日都係酷熱天氣警告,煩死人。
星期五wine dinner 就最令人振奮,而每次 Harbour Grill 搞 wine dinner 大多數都是星期五,想唔多多幫襯都唔得。今晚飲Ceretto,19年去意大利之時都有去過呢間莊,感情自然會比其他酒莊深,小英子今日特登著起當日在酒莊買的酒莊Tee 到會,自不然引起酒友間的特異目光投注。
Ceretto 的 Barbaresco 一向水凖穩定,17 及18 兩年年份真係差不多,Brunate Barolo 依然很新,白酒的Blange 一向是吾之所喜;food pairing 第二道菜的鱈魚配Piana 很精彩,輕重有緻,第三道的Ravioli 比起一貫做法改用了清湯,口感清爽,主菜鵝肝牛仔肉嫩滑好吃。餐廳依然保持到高水凖,侍酒、食物、環境等我都好滿意。
