連續第二天wine dinner,與昨晚的dinner 同為位於尖沙咀的 K11 Musea,今晚是7樓的鏞鏞,地方很濶落,餐廳有戶外陽台可以外出企鵝式走走,吹吹風,吹吹水,非常之愜意。酒是大路貨色Louis Jadot,不會有太大驚喜,勝在價錢大眾化。
今晚我最欣賞的是童年大白兔奶凍,隻小白兔好可愛,伴大白兔糖有心思;手捲雪茄都好有創意,雖然唔係真雪茄,我都食到一路食一路咳,幾年前在La Table 食是甜品;鮑魚刺參傳統經典;油鴨腿太鹹,燒鵝肉質較鞋。
