今天下午試試英國 Sparkling，都算幾特別，NV 不多，可能建莊歷史較新，葡萄園不大，產量少，唯有一方面出年份香檳套現，另方面存酒做NV。我幾喜歡Coats & Seely 的Brut Reserve & Rose，好有層次，而最喜出望外的是枝Fifty One Degrees North 2014，一入口已經有驚喜，餅乾，烘烤，香料的味道層出不窮，夠乾身深度足，非常好喝。試完酒到九龍城新明記食火鍋。
